This unique opportunity allows for nine months of being a "learner" - gaining valuable experience and learning didactics alongside experienced APPs and physicians to create a solid foundation in the high-stakes pediatric CICU prior to progressing as a credentialed member of the multidisciplinary team.
Nemours Children's Health is a 220-bed hospital that is a Level IV NICU, the only Level 1 pediatric trauma center in the state, and is recognized as a Level 1 Children's Surgery Center. They also partner with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital to collaborate on research.
