Salary Range: $104,600.00 - $138,600.00 Annually (Full-Time)

The Mission & Role

CHOP is looking for a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Division of Orthopedic Surgery in a full-time capacity. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is an innovative teaching hospital pushing the boundaries on what it means to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Quality Care: Use strong history, physical examination, assessment, and procedural skills to provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care for pediatric patients.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervising physicians and a multi-disciplinary team as well as engage in clinical research and teaching/learning opportunities.

  • Clinical Duties: Assess patients within the Division of Orthopedic surgery, perform bedside procedures as indicated, lead outpatient orthopedic clinics, and assist in the operating room and inpatient unit as directed.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited PA program

  • Licensure: NCCPA certification and current State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensure.
