What this service includes: Meet with one of the creators of PA Jobs to discuss your career path, goals, and next steps as a PA student and future PA. Whether in your didactic phase of education, working through your clinical phase, or planning your graduation, we are prepared with the right tools to help you complete your coursework, master your clinical rotations, optimize your exam performance, and start your career in the right place. What you'll receive: 1) Documentation of the consultation in a logical, user-friendly format to reference the notes, tips, and advice shared in our meeting 2) A detailed action plan for next steps in your goal of graduating from PA school and working as a PA in the specialty and practice of your choice 3) A detailed guide for studying and approaching exams in PA school 4) A list of suggested clinical rotation electives and/ or job opportunities with associated resources and references Why you should trust us: We've worked as PAs for a collective 24 years, we've been hired to the positions of our choosing in our goal specialties, and we've mentored hundreds of students through PA school, from the first day to graduation to the PANCE exam and through the job application process. We've interviewed thousands of students for PA program admissions and as candidates for PA roles, and we've worked alongside PAs ourselves. We know what to expect from PA school, what expectations and behavior best serve student success, how to prepare for and perform on PA exams (standardized patients and OSCEs included), how to utilize metacognition to improve study habits and learn, how to prepare for clinical rotations and perform your best, what to expect from the PANCE exam, and what it means to apply for jobs (and accept one!).
